Hoboken-based company sells solar ops business to Omnidian

Hoboken-based PV Pros said Monday that it sold its commercial solar operations and maintenance business to Seattle-based Omnidian, a provider of residential and commercial solar system performance plans and cash-back energy guarantees.

PV Pros provides nationwide independent engineering services for investors, owners, and financiers of solar PV and storage systems.
