In this webinar, Andrew Hunt, VP Sales, Commercial & Industrial for Omnidian, was joined by Maya Resnick, Commercial Solar Consultant for Resort Energy Ventures (REV), and Nathan Goddard, Portfolio Operations Manager at Omnidian, to discuss the basics of solar fleet management in commercial real estate.

Bios

Andrew Hunt is Vice President of Sales at Omnidian where he leads the real estate segment for Omnidian’s commercial solar group. He has a background in finance, engineering, and renewable energy with direct experience as a solar developer on both utility-scale and commercial-scale PV solar projects across the U.S. He began his renewable energy career in 2009, having worked for the California Public Utilities Commission, the electric utility Southern California Edison, and several solar project development firms, including NRG Energy (now Clearway). He has also worked in energy efficiency in both the commercial and residential markets.

Maya Resnick is Senior Consultant for Resort Energy Ventures (REV). She began her solar career in 2018 with a Colorado-based EPC contractor working with commercial and industrial clients on solar and battery storage projects. At REV, she works with large hospitality and multi-family real estate clients to plan and execute renewable energy projects.

Nathan Goddard is Senior Portfolio Operations Manager at Omnidian. His solar career started in 2017 in northern California with a regional solar installer. Since the beginning, he has focused on commercial fleet management and holds a number of solar-related certifications for performance modeling, operations and maintenance, system design and installation. At Omnidian, Nathan manages large commercial fleets for large real estate owners and independent power producers.
