Adjusting Communication Preferences

You can control the collection and use of personal information for some of our processing activities.

Email: You may unsubscribe from promotional and other types of communications by following the “unsubscribe” instructions near the bottom of the email. You may also email us at [email protected]. Please note, opting out of promotional emails will not stop you from receiving all emails from the company. For example, we may still send you emails pertaining to services alerts, account notifications, updates, and similar purposes.

Text Messages: You may opt out of automated text notifications any time by replying “STOP,” or any alternative keyword we have shared with you. Please note, opting out of automated text messages may prohibit you from receiving important notifications regarding our services.

LinkedIn Advertising: You may change your LinkedIn Advertising Preferences at any time.

Your Data Privacy Rights

In certain states (including California and subject to certain exceptions), you may be able to exercise several rights relating to the personal data Omnidian collects about you. Rights you may be able to exercise include the following:

The Right to Know: You may request that businesses disclose to you what personal information they have collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why they collected, used, shared, or sold that information. Specifically, you may request that businesses disclose:

• Specific pieces of personal information collected
• The categories of sources from which the business collected personal information

Omnidian does not sell any personal information but may share personal data with Marketing Providers (eg. online advertisers). Right to Non-discrimination: Businesses cannot deny goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA

Submitting Privacy Rights Requests

To submit a request to exercise one of the privacy rights identified above, please:

User Verification:

Before processing your request, we may need to verify your identity and confirm you are a resident of a state that offers the requested right(s). In order to verify your identity, we will require the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Potential identify verification attributes may include:

• First and Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code

This information may be requested via email or over the phone. We may at times need to request additional personal information from you, taking into consideration our relationship with you and the sensitivity of your request.

Processing Times:

We will process requests to opt out of data sharing within 15 business days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. We will process all other privacy requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

Request Denial:

In certain circumstances, we may decline a privacy rights request. This is normally done when you are not a resident of one of the eligible states or we cannot verify your identity.
